uk hockey fan seeking help!

hi! since my brain was taken over my heated rivalry and watch olympic ice hockey matches, i've been wanting to get into the nhl PROPERLY soooo much. i've been trying so hard to figure out how to watch live nhl games in the uk so i was hoping if there are any uk fans on this sub willing to give me some advice on how to do that.

ive already downloaded the espn app and can log into it thru MyDisney but idk if that's just for highlights/stats/etc or if i can watch live games on there. i would also wanna get the matches on my roku tv but there doesn't seem to be a proper espn app on there so idk. HELP PLEASE
