Need to know if anyones seen this too

just had a really odd experience where i've been in multiple dreams where im fully lucid and awake and it was at points where i had been within multiple dreams where'd i wake up into another dream sometimes without realising until i take a step or two. this was strange though because everytime i got into the dream a bit someone in the dream wether it's someone i know or not would look at me and say 'alex she's shaking her head' sometimes laughing sometimes serious sometimes scared or frightened and immediately after this im forced to look up and then i see like a grey woman kinda asian looking in decent holding my head and staring me down and smiling her face always looked like distorted too immediately after everything fades to white and i wake up, sometimes it was like into another dream but if i tried to fight it to stay in the dream then i wake up fully. it's just really terrified me especially as this is my first experience with lucid dreaming and dont know if this is some sort of brain function telling me somethings not right and to wake up or if it's like a fragment of a nightmare. i wanna know if someone else has experienced it or Not because it freaked me a ton, think i might try to go back in to get more answers
