I [18M] met a girl at a party can’t tell if she wants to keep talking

So for context the girl who I met is 19 it was at a fairly crowded house party and the moment she walked in we locked eyes, after a bit of thinking it over I decided to approach her. The conversation started casually asking her name ext, when we was talking it was like we was in a completely different room felt like they was no music no shouting just the conversation between me and her. A bit later on we decided to go out to the clubs, she was holding my hand taking me everywhere then the night came to an end and we both back to our houses. Woke up this morning and decided to message her as I got her snap that night, we was just talking about that night and so I sent her a snap just to initiate some conversation, she opened it and said in full capitals “OMG YOUR SO CUTE”. So at this point I thought yeah she’s interested so I followed up with “so are you, that was my first thought yesterday when I saw you like damn Your pretty” anyway after that I sent her another snap but I put some effort into it this time however she’s not opened the message but been frequently active, as if posting this it’s been 8Hrs.

I’m not sure if she likes me or what based off the conversation I’d think so but being left on delivered for so long is making me second guess myself.
