Would it be considered rude to ask a seller for extra photos of an item they re-popped, and only used the previous sellers photos?

I have an item I have potentially been interested in buying for awhile. However the main things holding me back, are 1) the average shipping time being 6 days and 2) this seller has several repop listings and they only ever basically copied the old listing from whoever they bought it from, and didn’t add their own or additional photos. I’m worried they could be a possible scammer or not actually have the items. Another thing is that I have sent them offers (20% off) twice on different days, both while they were active the same day. They always would just ignore them but send the same offer again a few days later. Not sure why but it seems like a red flag to me. Would it be rude or unprofessional for me to message the seller asking them to add some of their own photos to the listing so I would have more peace of mind that they actually have the item?
