Nail apprenticeships/Nail Tech Programs within 30 minutes of Boulder?

Would anyone have advice on nail tech or apprenticeship programs around Boulder? My little cousin is going to move in with me and is struggling to find actual programs near Boulder where she could get a nail tech license. I figured I would shoot my shot and see if anyone would have advice regarding this as I genuinely know nothing about this topic.
