Ringing alarm

There's been an alarm ringing for at least the past half hour (currently 04:40AM). Doesn't sound like an ordinary alarm (car, or something like that). Is anybody else hearing this alarm? I'm curious to know what it is.

I'm in Centrum-Noord.
