Where to start with a career?

I am 36 years old, no career, no degree. I have been serving and bartending for over a decade now.

I have attempted school many times but nothing has stuck or worked out.

I am tired of the hamster wheel of sometimes making money, sometimes not. Always living paycheck to paycheck, with no real future.

I have considered things like paralegal work or project management but have been gotten feedback from friends & family that "it wouldn't be a good fit for me" or "how can you be a project manager with zero management experience?" It is also hard to know where to begin when AI is making so many things obsolete.

I know I want to get out but I am truly at a loss of what to do or how to start???
