Post-Reversal in the MCU

Howdy peeps.

I've watched a fair bit of the MCU stuff - at least for core things surrounding the OG6.

But there's too much these days for me to target this, so I'm seeing if anyone would know this off the top of their head and save me hours of searching.

So, when the Reversal happened and those who were Snapped were brought back by Tony, the MCU politely skipped the ramifications of that.

I mean, it's Disney and the reality of reversing everything would be pretty horrid and beyond Deadpool levels of graphic, at least how I think it.

When Tony reversed things, were people politely put back on the ground? There would have been people boarding planes, or up in planes/helicopters/etc. Astronauts in the space station, well the station wouldn't be in the same place now, would it?

Someone getting open heart surgery blipped out, comes back to a room that's gone or empty or occupied, but their chest is cracked open and they'd bleed out on the spot.

And that's just touching it. It wouldn't have been all neat & tidy like Yelena coming back to just some dust and a different colour of paint.

I know there's some aftermath dealt via CA:TWS with the Flag Smashers and the tidbits of info dropped in that series regarding displacement and people's homes occupied by other people.

Is that the only show/movie that dealt with/talked about it?

I haven't seen too many of the TV series for the MCU, so I'm guessing maybe some of it was dealt with there?
