Why is this happening to me on Instagram?

I have made a video of me playing piano playing cover of Bohemian Rhapsody. I am 100% playing the piano and using my OWN audio. Yet, when I post it to Instagram, it is saying that there are copyright violations and that my video is muted in several locations.

My audio is still be played and my video is still there and others can watch it on Instagram, but to me, the owner, it’s showing the below warning. My account is private.

I just dont want to get strikes or my account to be banned. What should I do and why is this happening?
