Brown paw print

Hi all, I am getting my puppy's paw print for a memorial and am considering asking the artist about brown ink instead of black. I am heavily tattooed so I'm not worried about it but it feels kind of harsh sometimes and my pup was often muddy as hell. Are there any reasons I should avoid this? thanks!
