Relisted tickets. SH told me they’ll go directly to the new buyer but I’m reading different things

Relisted my mobile transfer tickets for a June 15 concert. Original seller has by June 12 to send them to me. I relisted them and SH customer service said if someone buys from my relisting, the original seller will transfer the tickets to them, not me. But I’m also reading that I am supposed to transfer the tickets from the original seller?

They’re Ticketmaster tickets so idk if I’ll even be able to transfer them once I receive them! I have another ticket for the same date already that I bought from a different resale site and I can’t transfer those
