Cottage weekend with 11week boxer puppy

We will be getting a boxer puppy first week of July (they would be 8 weeks). Our only trip planned before we knew the little girl would be joining us is a family long weekend away last weekend in July. No other dogs except my sister's fully vaccinated bulldog and no other strangers around us.

I'm a little less worried because it's a house and we can set up our pen and crate etc for the inside parts of the day and night. But would you be comfortable with them going pee and playing outside? They would only have two rounds of vaccines by then I believe?
