betaflight does not see anything from the radio receiver?

my receiver is showing a slow blinking green light, but every time I turn off my drone, my transmitter says "telemetry lost" so its bound correctly.

My TX connects to RX and vice versa between the receiver and the flight stack.

I am on T2 and R2 for the flight stack, and my UART2 is turned on serial in betafpv.

But still, no matter what I do, betafpv does not show anything when I move the sticks on my transmitter, and there is no motions from the motors. can anybody help me out here?
