After Engagement Celebration and Photographer!

Hi everyone! Asking the big question to my girlfriend on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We are from the area, and Madison is our favorite city. I have a bunch of her closest friends and family coming into town for a surprise celebration around dinner time, and was looking to find a restaurant that they could surprise us at. Especially one that may have a room, or something a bit more private, we could put them at. I have a limited budget, so not looking for a super "nice" spot, but a place to celebrate!

Also looking for someone to do photos of the actual proposal, hopeful to support a local up and coming artists, so if you have any recs please let me know!
