Anastrozole kicking my ass 3 months in

ouff. i thought i was tough bc the first three months werent horrible. i mean they werent great, but they werent the worst. today was the worst so far. usually stiff in the morning and it wears off as i move..not today. im 42 and felt 95 all day. that feeling when you sit on the floor too long and try and get up? it was with me all day…bones ache so much. also-weird but the skin on my forearms are SO SENSITIVE. i literally had to take my bracelet off because when it touched my skin i was in pain. does this get better??
