Screen resolution won’t save. Please help!

I just installed balatro on my pc after playing it on my phone for a couple of days. Upon opening the game I noticed its resolution is set to 1920x1080 while my computer’s resolution is 2560x1440. Whenever I set the game’s resolution native to my pc, it doesn’t change. And it always resets back to 1080p upon exiting and reopening the game. How do I fix this?
