In Memoriam

Yeaaaah Uber really, REALLY hates their drivers. They have a glitch messing up walmart orders so they randomly disappear or you don't show up in walmart's system. At the VERY least it is affecting a lot of drivers in my area since multiple drivers and stores were affected.

I contact uber support multiple times AND the manager of the store even talked to them on my behalf to request they not punish the drivers.

The woman from support was rude with me, then the manager very calmly and nicely spoke to them, then requested a supervisor. At first she said she would get one then changed her story to they DON'T have supervisors.

I contacted them later and confirmed with the next individual the tech problems they are having, but this whole time they refuse to remove the cancellation from my account despite the fact that I did not want to cancel them, and support in fact cancelled them, and all because of app failure!

They are not helpful, they are nearly exclusively rude, and they dick the drivers around. I am not a terrible worker either, my deliveries are always on time, and I have 100% satisfaction. I am maintaining their platinum jumping through their hoops, and even still they want to screw me over. It doesn't even benefit them, they don't profit off of me having cancellations.

Anyways doordash sure does install quick... I still hope uber makes it right but based on how I've been treated up to now, it is not looking pretty.
