Card Up - Mastercard Promos

Is it just a blip that there are only visa Card Up promos or is this often the case?

I joined card up as often recommended. Trying to get miles. Got an eligible credit card - randomly picked visa as no where said big difference.

And now I can’t find a single Mastercard eligible promo code.

Wondering if I should wit it out or give up/change card?
