Help with diagnosis.

Figured I pulled my groin a couple years ago, pain just wouldn’t go away.

I’m 50 years old and was blown away after an MRI.

FAI both hips

Large bone spur/cam lesion

Full thickness cartilage loss

Liberal degeneration

She mentioned arthritis as well.

They are implying I’ll need a hip replacement.

As mentioned I thought I pulled a groin or hip flexor but got this news.

In 6 months I have been blindsided by pain, seems like everywhere in my leg. I can’t sleep, move like shit. Popping in my leg, SO STIFF!

Any thoughts ideas would be SO welcome.
