Am I the only one who just doesn’t want there to be an afterlife?

I believe in God, I have a daily examination of conscience (Admittedly I’ve had to cut it down immensely cause it’d always cause panic attacks in me), I try to follow God’s law and commandments and I'm looking into getting confirmed (Even though tbh I don’t rlly believe in Catholicism and I wouldn’t be shocked if it was proven wrong, I just want to have all my bases covered, Pascal’s wager.). But every time I think of the concept of hell I get so anxious. And every time I think of the concept of heaven… I get even more anxious.

Honestly both just sound so awful to me, both are being kept alive for all eternity with no end in sight, existing in infinity. Whether it’s infinite bliss or infinite suffering, it sounds so horrifying. Straight out of a horror movie. I was always comforted by the atheist idea that our consciousness just ends and sometimes I catch myself praying that’s the case, I still try to get to Heaven though cause well even though both sound bad to me, infinite bliss sounds better than infinite suffering. Though tbh I’d prefer infinite nothing, just rest. Am I the only one who feels this way???
