GT6 Logic Help

I’m having an issue where my rubber chemical reactor runs out of either pulp or sulfur and then all three slots fill, blocking future inputs. Is there a clever cover or other method to ration only one stack/slot filling in the CR?

On that same note, are there any fun cover/logic solutions you’ve found for early automation that you wish you knew sooner?
