What is the cause for whole body pain?

Typically with Eds one of the comorbidities are the causes to my symptoms.

Some examples:

•POTS - nausea, dizziness, etc.

•MCAS - rashes, fevers, etc.

ETC.

But what is causing my whole body pain? It’s so painful. I take LDN and it helps a lot but there is still pain. Please share your experiences!
