Do I need to adjust my cost basis if my ESPP program have the company give you the 15% discount directly into your net paycheck?

Unsolved

I'm doing my taxes via tax software, and it is asking me a question on whether I want to adjust my cost basis for the ESPP entries.

My company ESPP page basically says:

"Any contributions you choose to make will be directly deducted from your net pay, so there’s no need to worry about keeping on top of payments. The company will support you by paying up to 15%* net (the agreed percentage for 2025 is 15%) of the value of your contributions, which will be paid into your regular paychecks.  The company will also cover the tax on this amount, which effectively reduces the overall cost of the investment for you. "

So since my 15% discount is basically just money going back to my net paycheck... I don't need to adjust the cost basis at all right? Since I already paid taxes on the contributions I used to buy shares (via the W2), and the company is giving me the 15% of my contribution back to me via the net paycheck (and they are giving me the 15% after tax)?
