Is It Unethical to Publicize Decks to Moxfield If They Are WIP?

As a relatively new Magic player, I was wondering if it would be unethical or BM to post decks publicly on Moxfield if they are a work in progress? I like the thought of contributing to the community, but I don't want to mislead people or waste their time. One of my favorite ways to compile decks recently has been by importing cards from several decks and then whittling down the card count until I'm left with my ideal deck. I'm essentially creating these decks as a concept. However, as I intend to refine them after purchasing and playing. Would you be bothered if you came across a deck like this? Thanks.
