Should I Keep A Detailed Ledger of the Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, and Quarters I Pick Up Off the Floor Because of 26 U.S.C. § 7203?

Tax Law

Location: U.S.

26 U.S.C. § 7203 makes willful failure to keep records necessary for tax purposes a misdemeanor. Per Cesarini v United States, coins found on the floor are taxable income. So should I keep a ledger of the roughly $5 of coins I find on the floor throughout the year?
