Neurodivergence includes mental illness, including personality disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum

Basically the title. A lot of people commented on my previous post that neurodivergence doesn't include those, but the person who coined the term literally said it does. Also it is not a medical term,but a sociopolitical term. Also, the person who coined it defined neurodivergent as a person who's brain works in a way that diverges from the norm. It is extremely logical that mental illness falls into this. I don't understand why some people use a term without knowing what it actually means... Please educate yourselves, at least a tiny bit.
