I want to give my mushroom fanatic wizard a homebrew spell, not sure about my current idea though

Hello, i have this idea of a spell that I hope is maybe balanced, but I am not great at judging stuff like this very well so maybe you guys can help me out here. I have linked the spell in form of a picture right below, otherwise formating would be horrible

I need the spells power level to be fitting for a 2nd or 3rd level spell.
