DynDOLOD DLL NG and Scripts not found??

First time using Dyndolod and everything was running smoothly until I tried to run Texgen64 and DynDOLOD. I keep getting the error that "Papyrus scripts from DynDOLOD DLL NG and Scripts not found!" I've made sure that DynDOLOD.DLL and DynDOLOD.pdb are in Skyrim Special Edition/Data/SKSE/Plugins. I also made sure to run DynDOLOD DLL NG before DynDOLOD Resources. It will not let me ignore the error and closes DynDOLOD 3. I have downloaded PapyrusUtil to see if anything would change, but no luck there. I've watched multiple videos on how to install it properly, but I struggled to find any videos that use DynDOLOD DLL NG and Scripts, as most videos are at least a year old. At this point, I am at a lost if there's anything else I can try it would be of great help!!!!
