Rhinitis in early pregnancy? What is going on?
So I was reading that in the 3rd trimester, you can develop pregnancy-related rhinitis. The confusing thing is that I started having issues at 6 weeks. For the entire month of January and most of February, I had a sore throat, cough, and lots of sneezing. I do have seasonal allergies - in fall - but everything is dead in winter. Things backed off in March, and suddenly, at 19 weeks, I'm once again having nasal congestion, sneezing, and coughing. It seems odd to think this is pregnancy rhinitis if it went away and then came back. I'm starting to wonder if somehow I've developed springtime allergies, even though I've tested positive only for fall, but I'm also on Claritin year-round so that doesn't make sense either. I've heard of allergies developing during pregnancy though so I really just don't know. My throat is killing me though, and I don't know what is going on.
(No fever, so I'm assuming I'm not sick - cough is productive, not dry)
