Why cant I buy my t7 for 1 doubloon?

I got the 7 year rewards for wosl, including the veteran flag and patch. I dont see a coupon ANYWHERE, and i cant just go into the regular ships store and buy it. Its not a tab under the real currency store as ive checked both anniversary and dont have a tab called loyalty rewards that was mentioned in another post. Im trying to buy Kansas, I dont have the credits, and only able to convert to doubloons to try and buy the ship, theres not an option to buy for doubloons. What am I doing wrong?
