Got bit by a dog while working

Just curious what this will bring in. I was on the job delivering. The customer had a sign at the front that said beware of dog but also had sign that said deliveries around the side. I proceeded to walk to the side only to be greeted by a massive old English bull dog that was on a leash but a child. When I handed the food to the child the dog lunged at me and luckily the dog didn't sink his teeth in where he started but instead punctured the skin and left a pretty good bite.

I have missed a few days of work and my arm is in pain. I have no clue what to expect.
