Does anyone else have coworkers who basically treat you like a child because of the way you are?

Example: there was a group of people standing around and one of them asked me something and I just said “no” and they said to the group “HAHAH SHE SAID NO” like??? Or someone today jokingly said “don’t make her mad, it’s the quiet ones you’ve gotta watch out for” and I just fake laughed and they were like “awww it’s the soft chuckle for me.” I’m so drained from being humiliated and patronized. and maybe these examples don’t make sense or you don’t relate to them, but I feel like iykyk 😣
