Ghosted by cma program I think

So I took a 3 month program through a school in California, for now I’m going to leave the name out of this, I finished about two months ago, the regional manager is supposed to place you in an externship after you take the exam I passed the exam with a great score, I havn’t heard a word from the school since I took the exam, I’ve texted and called the regional manager and nothing, I should have exchanged numbers with someone in my class to see if anyone else is having the same issue. In the hand book it says the regional manager will be reaching out two days after the exam which they didn’t do obviously. I’m also making payments of $500 a month I would rather not keep making those payments if this isn’t going anywhere.
