U of Cumberlands PhD interview - what’s the tea

Hello! I have an interview on 4/21 with U of Cumberlands for the Counselor Ed PhD. For this who have interviewed already - what is the process and vibe like ? Any advice for preparing? I think I am a pretty well rounded candidate but this is my first time interviewing for a PhD. I want to go in as prepared as possible!!
