Sick prior FET - what happens?

I have a question if you are sick prior an FET what happens do they cancel it or allow you to do it? Does it depend on what you have? My clinic always says to report, fevers, soar throat etc and I am curious to know what happens. I feel I have some sinus issues at the moment but I am not sure what the clinic will do.
