Travel workout

So, I am going to be traveling consistently for the foreseeable future and wanted to figure out a way to keep my workout routine regardless of gym access.

So, I stumbled here and wanted recommendations based on the following:

  1. Anything I get must be easy to pack.
  2. I want to be able to do a full body workout with decent "weight" levels.
  3. I would rather pay more for durability / safety over something cheap.

My normal workout routine looks something like this:

Workout 1: Bench, seated row, shoulder press, pull-ups, abs medicine ball (side to side and straight back)

Workout 2: dumbbell curls, rope triceps extension, squats, hip thrusts, dead-lift

Main goal, to do an equivalent workout with resistance bands while keeping it easy to pack.

Any suggestions helps!
