1-star review

Good evening all. I just passed 100 lifetime deliveries today. As of yesterday, I have seven 5-star reviews and one 1-star reviews. I try to do a good job on every delivery and always keep a good attitude and a smile when dropping off the order. I’m still fairly new, but I follow all directions and I have no idea why that 1 person wasn’t happy. I have no feedback to go on and feel like it was probably something outside of my control. Here’s why it’s such a big deal to me: my customer rating score dropped to 2/10 yesterday because of that 1-star review and it’s incredibly frustrating.
