Where to buy carts in Manila?

Problem/Goal: Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to figure out where I can get carts here in Manila and how people usually connect with legit sellers. I’m not really sure where to start, so I’m hoping to get some advice or direction from those who have experience with this.

Context: I’m currently based in Manila, and from what I’ve heard, most transactions like this happen through connections or word of mouth rather than public listings. The problem is, I don’t really have a circle that can introduce me to reliable sources, so I feel kind of stuck. I also want to make sure I’m not dealing with anything sketchy or unsafe, since I know there are a lot of fake or low-quality products out there.

Previous Attempts: I’ve tried searching on Instagram, Facebook, and X to see if I could find sellers or pages, but so far I haven’t had any luck. Most accounts I came across either look inactive, suspicious, or don’t provide enough information to trust them. I also tried using different keywords, but it didn’t really help much.

At this point, I’m just trying to understand how people usually go about finding legit sources whether it’s through certain platforms, communities, or just networking in general
