[partially lost] Midwest emo song titled "McDonald's soap"

It was mostly a funny spoof of Midwest emo music, I think originally seen on Facebook, but it had to have been posted elsewhere. Despite remembering most of the lyrics, I can't seem to find it anywhere.

The words in parenthesis I'm not certain are verbatim.

"The whole world smells like McDonald's soap,

the kind of soap my grandma used,

(and she passed out) in the McDonald's bathroom,

on the corner or (54th and 1st) street,

after the Cubs game,

it was a (17 to 3) loss,

where we (I think something about an overpass)

and we drank McDonald's soap until we CRIED"
