Best way to run a MC night at an lgs?

So I've got a good deal of MC. 2 cores, a bunch of expansions and more heroes. I'd like to run an intro night or start a monthly night. What have other people done? Suggestions? I'd probably just bring the cores to start and if there's interest run campaigns? Thanks all!
