Built in FPS limiter

Please devs give us an option to limit FPS in the menu. I play on multiple resolutions as I stream my PC all over the place. I stream to my phone my TV other TVs and all have different resolutions and max framerates. it would be a godsend if I could limit my fps to 30 40 60 120 and so on.
