What do you think is Sheila’s role in the story?

Sheila operates a very unique spot in the Hunter universe. She’s the troupes childhood friend, while also being the reason Kurapika went on his journey. Yet, We’ve never seen in current story time.

I have no idea what Togashi is planning to do with her. Could she just be some extra lore that means nothing outside of being around dustant connection for the troupe childhood and Kurapika’s childhood ?

Maybe, but that would be weird. Even in the final troupe flashback chapter Togashi showed her distance from the rest of the troupe. It’d be weird for Togashi to write this character in two flashbacks and that’s all there is to her character.

Yet I have no idea where she belongs in the current place of the story. The troupe seem to have moved on from their Sarasa revenge era. She loved Dons book, which could connect her back to the dark continent, but again, we haven’t even seen her yet.

It’s so hard to tell.
