TaxAct - Nebraska RRB Benefits

Need help. TaxAct says:

Nebraska - Railroad Retirement Board

If you received any taxable Tier I and/or Tier II benefits paid by the Railroad Retirement Board, enter the amount. If this amount was for Form W-2 Sickness, check the sick pay checkbox.

We got a W2 from the RRB due to wife's pregnancy last year. Am I suppose to enter Box 1 (the amount we got), or the number in Box 14 - The amount of RRTA Tier I Tax Withheld??
