Help with what to ask surgeon

My 26f daughter has been referred to a clinic for bottom surgery. She wants to have full depth vaginoplasty if I'm getting the terms right. I'm helping her navigate the medical stuff. If anyone can help us with what to ask the surgeon and make sure we don't miss anything. She's been on hrt for a little over a year. It's been going well.
