GRC/Risk/IT SOX exit opps

Hey I work at 1 of the big 4 for a couple years now working a few IT SOX Audits, GRC Consulting like during implementation, and stuff like that

How would you all recommend going about exiting? I’m working like 60 hour weeks between projects and just want to chill a bit

Is the market bad for these roles as well? I know it a bit more niche so I’d hope not!
