What are the chances I got a brain hemmorage from air bag deployment?

About 8 hours ago I lost control of my vehicle and slammed into a utility pole at 45mph. I was not wearing a seatbelt. The airbags stopped my head from slamming into steering wheel.

EMS at the time wanted me to go to emergency room for a cat scan, to make sure there was no bleeding on brain.

However, after going to walk in and conducting tests I am experiencing none of the symptoms associated with brain bleeding. Except feeling light headed. I said no thanks.

I told EMS I would go if I start feeling other symptoms. Is it possible that you can be asymtomatic and still have a brain injury? Was I going fast enough?
