Two Internship Opportunities

I recently accepted a non paid summer internship for social media marketing, that has a good rep. However before I had applied to an another internship that paid, and since I hadn’t heard back in awhile I assumed they rejected. But recently reached out saying I was accepted. So should I do both summer internships? Or just focus one? Both are good companies and I like one that has pay.
