Huge Problem

I have lost my 2fa verification code and cannot get it back.

I have tried logging in to no avail. Every time I try to talk to support or get help, it keeps telling me to log in to my account. I cannot log in to my account. I cannot contact anyone, all the methods I have tried have not worked. I know my email and my password, however I cannot log in to my account.
