Quest 3 (wired pcvr) freezes and crashes

Have been having an issue the past week or so where the headset (during flight sessions in pcvr) will stop streaming, freeze up and go stupid. It’ll stutter a few times then the picture freezes, sound freezes, but peeking under the headset I can see the pc is still streaming and the display feed on my monitor shows activity. No rhyme nor reason for it, just every 10-15 minutes I have to power everything down and restart the system.

PC specs:

Intel 14700k on a 360mm aio

MSI z790 mobo

64mb 6400mt Corsair ram (2x32)

5070 ti gpu

Two pcie 4.0x4 nvme drives

Quest 3 that’s under a year old
