Looking for a great steak place with drinks as well; relaxed afternoon vibe in KL, preferably near KL Sentral / bukit bintang

I’m in KL for the weekend and I’m looking for some great steak, also wanted the place to have a great vibe where i can hang around have a few drinks . Can be slightly fancy. Budget shouldn’t be much of a concern
